Who we are

Pixel Universe is a marketing studio run by Hiba Kharfa, based in Morocco. Pixel Universe is responsible for the personal data described on this page (the “responsable du traitement” under Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data).

When you visit this website

  • This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising pixels.
  • Pages load a font from Google Fonts and animation scripts from jsDelivr. Like any web request, those services receive your IP address and browser details.
  • Our web host, [hosting provider], keeps standard server logs (IP address, page requested, time).

When you book a call

The booking calendar asks for your name, your business name, an email address and/or a WhatsApp number, your website or Instagram, and an optional note about what you want more of, along with the time you pick. If you came through a personal link we sent you, the link carries a short code that connects the booking to our earlier message.

We use these details to confirm the call, prepare for it, and follow up about it. Nothing else. We don't sell them or share them with advertisers.

When we contact your business first

We reach out to booking-based businesses we think we can help. For that we collect business contact details that are already public: business name, type of business, city, phone number, email address, website, and social media profiles, taken from public business listings and from the business's own website.

We use them to send a small number of messages about our services by email [and other channels, if used], and to keep track of who we contacted and what they replied.

To stop it, reply “stop” to any of our messages, or email [contact email]. We won't contact you again.

Who handles the data for us

  • Our booking and outreach system: software we run ourselves (the calendar on this site is served from audit.hibakharfa.space), on a server rented from [server provider and country]. It stores bookings and outreach records.
  • Resend (Resend, Inc., United States): sends our emails and receives replies to them, so email data passes through servers outside Morocco.
  • WhatsApp (Meta): only if you give us a WhatsApp number or we message you there.
  • Our web host, [hosting provider], plus Google Fonts and jsDelivr, as described above.

How long we keep it

  • Bookings: up to 12 months after the call. If you become a client, for as long as we work together and as long as accounting rules require.
  • Outreach records: up to 12 months after our last contact with your business.
  • Opt-outs: if you ask us to stop, we keep only your email address or phone number on a do-not-contact list, so we never contact you again.

Your rights

Under Law 09-08 you can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use, including any outreach, free of charge and without giving a reason. Email [contact email] or reply to any message from us, and we'll confirm once it's done.
